How do I create an account?

You can create a Lokta Cards account quite easily. First, go to our homepage at loktacards.com. Then, on the top right of the page select account button. Then click "Create account" button. Just enter you name, email, and password and you're all set!

How do I reset my password?

On the homepage, go to the top right of the page and click Account button. Then, select "Forgot My Password" to reset it.



How do I contact customer service?

You can find the answer to many of your questions right here on our FAQ page. If you can't find the answer and need assistance, please reach out to us at loktacards@gmail.com



How do I place an order?

Just go to loktacards.com, click on the products you like and select "Add to Cart." Follow our easy checkout process and you'll have your quilled cards in no time!

What should I do if my order won't go through?

Please make sure you are using the latest version internet browsers. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at loktacards@gmail.com

How do I apply a discount code on my order?

When you are ready to check out, select the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page. Select "Checkout" on the dropdown. On the checkout page, enter the discount code in the box where it says "Gift card or discount code."

My discount code is not working. What should I do?

First ensure that the products and quantities you have added to your cart meet the requirements of the discount. Next, when entering the discount code, ensure that there are no spaces between any of the characters. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at loktacards@gmail.com

What payment options can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, AmazonPay, and ShopPay.

When is my credit card charged?

All payments are processed during checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Here at Quilling Card, we do not have access to your credit card information when you make a payment on our website. All payments are processed through Shopify. Shopify adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. You can read more here.



What shipping options do you offer?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail 2-day

How soon will my order be shipped?

We will have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours except on weekends or holidays.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Shipping time will depend on the method used. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, most orders will be received within 10 business days. A friendly reminder that business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Arrival times are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. There are ongoing delays with USPS due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic and employee shortages. We recommend ordering early to ensure prompt delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once we process your order, you will receive an email confirming shipment that will have your tracking information included.

Where are orders shipped from?

All of our cards are shipped from our facilities located in Boca Raton, FL.

Will my card get damaged in the mail?

Our quilled cards are actually quite durable. We package our products so that they make it to you in the same exact condition they left here. 



How can I return the card?

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied. All returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email loktacards@gmail.com, or call 561-403-9651, to arrange a return.

What can I do if the card is damaged?

What is quilling?

Quilling is the art in which paper strips are rolled, shaped, and glued resulting in decorative designs. 

Is quilling a handmade art?

Quilling is the art of coiling and arranging strips of paper into a beautiful design. To ensure the quality of our cards, each one is handmade by a highly-skilled artisan at our facility in Nepal. It takes one hour to make each card.

Do Lokta Card have printed messages inside it?

Our cards do not come with pre-printed messages inside. Each card is blank inside where you can write your personalized message.

How long does it take to make one card?

Each of our quilled card are handmade by a highly-skilled artisan. It takes one hour to make each card.


Hand-carved and Hand-carved Products

What is Hand-carved art?

Hand-carved art, also know as Chhwali art, is a representational art originated in Nepal. 'Chhwali' is a Nepali word for Straw; it is the dried stem of wheat. Chhwali has a shimmering light golden color, so the art crafts made from it look as if it has been coated with glossy paper. The making of this hand-carved art requires a tremendous amount of skill, patience, and perseverance.

Is hand-carved card really a handmade art?

Chhwali art is made by carving sheet of Straw paper with a blade. 

How long does it take to make one card?

It takes more than an hour to make each hand-carved card.

Where are Lokta Cards made?

All of our cards are designed and made by our talented artists in Nepal. Some of our quilling cards are designed by an award winning artist. 

If I want to send a card to someone can you write a personal note? How much do you charge?

We are more than happy to write a personal note in your card and to send it directly to your recipient at no additional charge. After you have added your card to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the page. On the drop down, select View Cart. Leave us a note sharing what you'd like us to write in the "Additional Comments" box. You can also email your note to us at loktacards@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number.
